EC3 is an arm’s-length, not-for-profit arts council supporting individual artists and arts organizations in the City of Peterborough and Peterborough County.
As a service organization, their mission is to develop and strengthen the creative ecology of the region by connecting individuals and organizations and by providing the financial resources (grants, bursaries), leadership, advocacy, professional development and mentorship, information, research, networking, dedicated programming and collaborative partnerships, that strengthen and advance the capacity of the local arts and culture sector.
